In early April 2010, it was decided that Habitat for Humanity Saint John's 14th build would be undertaken by students and visitors of Rothesay Netherwood School in Rothesay, New Brunswick, and would be moved to its final location following completion. The build, which began simultaneously with an international student leadership conference also hosted by Rothesay Netherwood School, progressed smoothly, but one issue remained, Habitat Saint John had nowhere to move it upon completion.
