Wayne has had an illustrious career spanning the fields of electronics, technology, exporting, consulting, training, and real estate.

He is a successful teacher and trainer in several industries, a senior technology and management consultant for many years to US based fortune 500 companies, and a passionate business visionary.

He solely owns a privately held corporation (Visiontech Consulting Inc.) founded in 1995. This corporation currently owns a successful real estate brokerage, real estate holdings, childcare centre, yachting business, and a software business.

On top of everything else Wayne’s commitment to giving back to the community has him involved with several charities, including; Habitat for Humanity (currently serving on the National Board of Directors), Junior Achievers, and several other past roles in local and national charities.
